#git的代理設置
git config --global http.proxy http://127.0.0.1:1080
git config --global https.proxy https://127.0.0.1:1080
#winhttp的代理設置
netsh winhttp set proxy 127.0.0.1:1080
#cipd_client項目來源與https://github.com/luci/luci-go/tree/master/cipd/client/cipd
使用的是golong的net/http庫訪問http/https，可通過環境變量設置代理
set HTTP_PROXY=http://127.0.0.1:1080
set HTTPS_PROXY=https://127.0.0.1:1080
