ORA-28000: The Account is locked. 問題的解決要對賬戶解鎖，可在數據庫管理員賬戶(sys/system)中使用“alter user”命令的account unlock子句。
如下所示：
alter userusername account unlock;
賬戶解鎖后，username 賬戶再一次被允許連接。
