SPRING官方網站改版后，建議都是通過 Maven和Gradle下載，對不使用Maven和Gradle開發項目的，下載就非常麻煩，下給出Spring Framework jar官方直接下載路徑:

spring 4.0.x(Spring Framework 4.0.5)下載

spring 3.2.x（Spring Framework 3.2.9）下載：
