在卸載了postgres后重新安裝過程中，輸入密碼后提示：The password specified was incorrect. Please enter the correct password for the postgres windows user account.
解決方法：
方法一：
計算機管理中的用戶中刪除用戶postgres。
windows 7 的HOME無此界面，所以請用后續方法。
方法二：
命令提示符，運行net user postgres /del
有可能出現系統錯誤5，拒絕訪問。請按以下方法。
方法三：
開始 -- 附件 -- 右擊命令提示符，以管理員身份運行。
執行命令net user postgres /del
成功。
重新安裝postgres即可。
