Android環(huán)境搭建問題的解決：Failed to fetch URL http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-1.xml, reason: Connection to http://dl-ssl.google.com refused

第一次搭建Android環(huán)境，遇到這個問題：

Fetching http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-1.xml
Failed to fetch URL http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-1.xml, reason: Connection to http://dl-ssl.google.com refused
Fetched Add-ons List successfully
Fetching URL: http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository-6.xml
Failed to fetch URL http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository-6.xml, reason: Connection to http://dl-ssl.google.com refused
Done loading packages.

折騰了幾天，有點懵了~~
不過剛剛終于柳暗花明：在http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2766713/android-download-the-android-sdk-components-for-offline-install上找到了適合這個問題的解法。

按照上述步驟，先在netstat命令來查看proxy地址,如下：

我的PC上顯示的proxy是上面綠色框內(nèi)的地址，再把這個地址填入到setting：

再重新Reload(Android SDK Manager菜單: Packages->Reload),終于成功了：

趁下載和升級的過程，簡單的總結(jié)一下這個步驟，希望能對遇到這個問題的網(wǎng)友有所幫助。:D

解決國內(nèi)訪問Google服務(wù)器的困難：
1.啟動 Android SDK Manager ；
2.打開主界面，依次選擇「Tools」、「Options…」，彈出『Android SDK Manager – Settings』窗口；
3.在『Android SDK Manager – Settings』窗口中，在「HTTP Proxy Server」和「HTTP Proxy Port」輸入框內(nèi)填入mirrors.neusoft.edu.cn搜索和80，并且選中「Force https://… sources to be fetched using http://…」復(fù)選框；4.設(shè)置完成后單擊「Close」按鈕關(guān)閉『Android SDK Manager – Settings』窗口返回到主界面；
5.依次選擇「Packages」、「Reload」。 @只想吃飯
